NOTUS Aerospace is building the next generation of high-altitude aviation, with a clear mission: to make persistent flight in the stratosphere accessible, efficient, and useful.
Through engineering, research, and student-led innovation, we are developing a new generation of solar-electric High-Altitude Pseudo-Satellites (HAPS) designed to operate above conventional aviation for extended periods, using the stratosphere as a new platform for communication, observation, research, and technology development.
In doing so, we aim to bridge the gap between aircraft and satellites, creating a more accessible, sustainable, and adaptable way to operate above the Earth, while giving the next generation of engineers the opportunity to build the technologies that will shape the future of aerospace.
